A structured program for those experiencing pain or recovering from an injury and wanting to return to training or playing sports safely and progressively.

I assess pain, movement limitations, tolerable loads, and what currently prevents you from training or moving as you would like.

I use progressive exercises and load management to regain strength, control, and confidence in movement.

I plan a gradual return to training or sport, gradually increasing intensity and complexity, without forcing.

I don't leave you stuck for no reason

I don't force the pain

We don't use standard protocols that are the same for everyone

  • Initial assessment of pain, movement and tolerable load

  • Progressive work plan adapted to the person

  • Monitoring and adapting over time, based on the body's responses

NOTE: This program does not replace a medical diagnosis. When necessary, the work is supplemented or coordinated with healthcare professionals.
