Recovery · Pain and Injuries
Get back to moving, training, and playing sports gradually and safely.
IN PRESENCE
Having pain or an injury doesn't mean you have to stop forever.
In most cases, this means starting the right way: with adequate loads, controlled progressions, and targeted movement.
If you're afraid to move or get worse today, you're in the right place.

HOW WE WORK ON RECOVERY
How the recovery and return to play process works
Recovery isn't a destination, but a journey. We work to gradually bring you back to movement, training, or sports, respecting your body's rhythm.

“Why am I still in pain?”

WHAT I DON'T DO
I assess pain, movement limitations, tolerable loads, and what currently prevents you from training or moving as you would like.
I use progressive exercises and load management to regain strength, control, and confidence in movement.
I plan a gradual return to training or sport, gradually increasing intensity and complexity, without forcing.
I don't leave you stuck for no reason
I don't force the pain
We don't use standard protocols that are the same for everyone

Recovery and Return to Play
IN PRESENCE
A structured program for those experiencing pain or recovering from an injury and wanting to return to training or playing sports safely and progressively.
We don't work on "infinite rest," but on intelligent, controlled movement.
NOTE: This program does not replace a medical diagnosis. When necessary, the work is supplemented or coordinated with healthcare professionals.

Gradual return to movement, with loads adapted to the person.
